Barbara T. McCall
Barbara T. McCall, a co-founder of CapitalEdge, has represented the interests of cities to the legislators and policy makers of the nation’s capital for more than twenty years. Barbara worked for fourteen years as a City Representative with the National Center for Municipal Development, and prior to that was an elected City Councilmember in Burlington, North Carolina, where she was Government and Foundations Relations Coordinator for Elon College. She holds a M.A. in History (U.S. Urban) from the University of Delaware and a B.A. with Honors in American Civilization from Lake Forest College in Illinois.
